ประกาศ เลื่อนเจ้าคุณจอมมารดาแพ ขึ้นเป็นเจ้าคุณพระประยูรวงศ์
มีพระบรมราชโองการ ในพระบาทสมเด็จพระรามาธิบดีศรีสินทรมหาวชิราวุธ พระมงกุฎเกล้าเจ้าอยู่หัว ดำรัสเหนือเกล้าฯ
สั่งว่า เจ้าคุณจอมมารดาแพเป็นผู้ที่ได้มีความดีความชอบมาเป็นอันมาก เริ่มต้นแต่สมเด็จพระบรมอัยกาธิราชได้ดำรัสขอมา พระราชทานเป็นบริจาริก ในสมเด็จพระบรมชนกนาถ เมื่อดำรงอยู่ในพระอิสริยศสมเด็จเจ้าฟ้ากรมขุนพินิตประชานาถ ได้เป็นผู้ร่วมทุกข์ร่วมสุขตลอดมาแต่ในรัชกาลที่ ๔ ครั้นเมื่อได้เถลิงถวัลยราชสมบัติแล้วทรงพระกรุณาโปรดเกล้าฯ ชุบเลี้ยงไว้ในตำแหน่งพระสนมเอกเป็นเจ้าจอมมารดารผู้ใหญ่ ได้รับราชการฉลองพระเดชพระคุณด้วยความซื่อตรงจงรักภักดีสุจริต เป็นที่ไว้วางพระราชหฤทัยเป็นอย่างยิ่งยั่งยืนตลอดมา จึงทรงพระกรุณาโปรดเกล้าฯ ยกย่องให้มียศบรรดาศักดิ์เป็นเจ้าคุณจอมมารดาเมื่อวัน ที่ ๒๑ เมษายน พระพุทธศักราช ๒๔๔๗ มีข้อความดีความชอบแจ้งอยู่ในกระแสร์พระบรมราชโองการนั้นแล้ว เจ้าคุณจอมมารดาแพเป็นผู้มีหฤทัยสัตย์ซื่อมั่นคงอยู่ในความกตัญญูกะตะเวทีต่อพระ บาทสมเด็จพระรามาธิบดีศรีสินทรมหาจุฬาลงกรณ์ พระจุลจอมเกล้าเจ้าอยู่หัวเสมอมาตลอดจนสิ้นรัชกาลที่ ๕
แต่ส่วนความดีความชอบของเจ้าคุณจอมมารดาแพ ซึ่งได้มี มาแล้วเฉภาะในใต้ฝ่าลอองธุลีพระบาท เริ่มแต่พระบรมราชสมภพ ได้เป็นผู้เบิกพระโอษฐ์ปฐมฤกษ์แห่งความเจริญ พระราชชศิริสวัสดิ์พิพัฒนมงคลเป็นเบื้องต้นสืบมา แลทั้งเจ้าคุณจอมมารดาแพ มีความจงรักภัคดีเฉภาะใต้ฝ่าลอองธุลีพระบาท ตั้งแต่ทรงพระเยาว์มาเป็นอย่างยิ่ง จนได้ทรงคุ้นเคยสนิทแต่ดั้งเดิมมา ครั้นได้เสด็จเถลิงถวัลยราชสมบัติแล้ว ทรงประจักษ์แก่พระราชหฤทัยว่า เจ้าคุณจอมมารดาแพมีความจงรักสวามิภักดิ์ต่อ ต้ฝ่าลอองธุลีพระบาทยั่งยืนเสมอ มีกระมลจิตรซื่อสัตย์สุจริต นับถือพระบรมราชวงศ์ แลโอบอ้อมอารีแก่ญาติวงศ์ตลอดจนข้าทูลลอองธุลีพระบาททั่วไป ประกอบทั้งมีอัธยาศัยแลมารยาทเรียบร้อยเป็นอันดี สมกับที่เป็นผู้ได้เนื่องอยู่ในราชินิกุลอันมีศักดิ์ เป็นผู้ที่ทรงเคารพนับถือนัก สมควรจะเลื่อนยศบรรดาศักดิ์เพิ่มเกียรติยศให้ยิ่งขึ้น
จึงมีพระบรมราชโองการดำรัสสั่ง ให้เลื่อนบรรดาศักดิ์เจ้าคุณจอมมารดาแพขึ้นเป็น “เจ้าคุณพระประยุรวงศ์” จงเจริญชนมายุ พรรณสุขพลสิริสวัสดิ์พิพัฒนมงคล ธนสารสมบัติ บริวารสมบูรณ์ ทุกประการเทอญ
พระบรมราชโองการโปรดเกล้าฯ ดำรัสสั่งวันที่ ๒๖ กันยายน พระพุทธศักราช ๒๔๖๔ เป็นปีที่ ๑๒ ในรัชกาลปัจจุบันนี้

Promotion of Chao Khun Chom Manda Pae (เจ้าคุณจอมมารดาแพ) to Chao Khun Phra Prayurawong (เจ้าคุณพระประยูรวงศ์)
There is a Royal Command of His Majesty Phra Ramathibodi Sri Sintharamaha Vajiravudh Phra Mongkutklao Chao Yu Hua (พระบาทสมเด็จพระรามาธิบดีศรีสินทรมหาวชิราวุธ พระมงกุฎเกล้าเจ้าอยู่หัว), graciously pronounced as follows:
Whereas Chao Khun Chom Manda Pae (เจ้าคุณจอมมารดาแพ) has rendered exceptional merit and faithful service in great measure, beginning from when His Majesty’s revered grandfather requested that she be bestowed as a borijarikaconsort to His Majesty’s father, then bearing the title Somdet Phra Chao Fa Krom Khun Phinit Prachanat (สมเด็จเจ้าฟ้ากรมขุนพินิตประชานาถ). She shared both hardship and happiness with him from the reign of King Rama IV onward. Upon His Majesty’s accession to the throne, she was graciously appointed to the rank of senior royal consort as Chao Chom Manda (เจ้าจอมมารดา), and served with unwavering loyalty, sincerity, and devotion, earning His Majesty’s profound trust continuously. In recognition of these merits, His Majesty elevated her to the rank of Chao Khun Chom Manda (เจ้าคุณจอมมารดา) on 21 April B.E. 2447 (1904). These merits were already recorded in that Royal Command.
Chao Khun Chom Manda Pae (เจ้าคุณจอมมารดาแพ) has remained steadfast in her loyalty and gratitude towards His Majesty Phra Ramathibodi Sri Sintharamaha Chulalongkorn Phra Chulachomklao Chao Yu Hua (พระบาทสมเด็จพระรามาธิบดีศรีสินทรมหาจุฬาลงกรณ์ พระจุลจอมเกล้าเจ้าอยู่หัว) throughout the entirety of the Fifth Reign.
As for her merits and service specifically rendered under His Majesty’s own reign, from the moment of His Majesty’s birth she was the one who first opened His Majesty’s lips (the ceremonial first-nurse of the royal infant), thereby inaugurating auspicious blessings and prosperity. Moreover, Chao Khun Chom Manda Pae has remained deeply loyal to His Majesty from His infancy until the present day, and His Majesty has long known her closely and intimately. Upon His accession to the throne, His Majesty recognised fully that Chao Khun Chom Manda Pae remained unwavering in her loyalty and devotion. She possesses a sincere and honest heart, holds great respect for the Royal Family, and is ever benevolent and kind to her relatives as well as to all attendants and members of the Royal Household. Her temperament and manners are impeccable and befitting one connected to a noble royal lineage. She is highly respected and esteemed.
It is therefore fitting that her rank be elevated to further honour her.
Thus, by Royal Command, Chao Khun Chom Manda Pae (เจ้าคุณจอมมารดาแพ) is hereby promoted to the rank and title of
“Chao Khun Phra Prayurawong” (เจ้าคุณพระประยูรวงศ์).
May she be blessed with long life, happiness, prosperity, auspicious fortune, wealth, and an abundance of worthy attendants in all respects.
Given at the Royal Command on 26 September B.E. 2464 (1921), the 12th year of the present reign.
